ROBI Privacy Policy

ROBI is a business operations and management accounting application for authorized company users. This policy explains what data the app processes and how it is used.

Data We Process

• Account data: name, email address, role, permissions, and authentication status.
• Business operations data: businesses, accounts, transactions, categories, counterparties, loans, reports, balances, and related notes entered by authorized users.
• Security and session data: device name, access tokens, login attempts, two-factor authentication state, and technical logs required to protect access.
• Optional contact data for counterparties, partners, or owners when entered by administrators.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, enforce permissions, show dashboards and reports, record operations, maintain auditability, provide support, and protect the system from unauthorized access.

Tracking and Advertising

ROBI does not use third-party advertising, does not sell personal data, and does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

Data is available only to authorized users and service providers required to host, secure, maintain, and support the ROBI service. We do not share operational data with unrelated third parties for marketing.

Storage and Security

ROBI uses secure backend authentication and device-level secure token storage where available. Access is role-based, and sensitive credentials are not exposed to the mobile application.

Data Retention

Operational records are retained while they are needed for accounting, reporting, security, legal, or business purposes. Authorized administrators may request correction or deletion where applicable.

Children

ROBI is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
